A dialogue therapy, based on Psychology and Buddhism. I integrate traditional therapeutic techniques with the principles of spiritual philosophies such as Buddhism.
My approach focuses on the mind and its interpertions to reality. The main tools are deep listening techniques, observation, research, emptiness, compassion, mindfulness and understanding the nature of suffering. We implicate the pholosophies to our real life, we practice on being the person we wish to be.
In our sessions I strive to be a mirror for you, reflecting the mind. I help clients cultivate awareness of their thoughts and emotions such as blocking fears. I'm guiding to develop a deeper connection to the authentic inner voice and present moment.
I believe answers are all within, we can to learn how to listen.
By exploring concepts like impermanence and attachment we work together to identify and alleviate the root causes of distress.
My goal is to empower you to find balance, peace and resiliense in your life. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression or life transitions, my practice offers a compassionate space for being, healing and growth
